We have created a gentle exercises program helping you to activate your core with first using your breath in synchronicity with your pelvic floor this will leads with the possibility to increasing the tone of your pelvic floor and core by learning how to relax and contract your muscles to increase it s elasticity.
We will encourage you to build up a strength with functional movements when you are ready which will prevent from injuries and postpartum ailments as well as support your every day life of Motherhood.
This exercises are adapted to all type of Child Birth.
Baby Massage Tuition Course
4 Weekly sessions - 60 min
Baby : from 6 weeks old to 8 months ish
Group : 3 babies
Massage is a lovely way for you to reinforce the special bond between you.
It will allow you to gain confidence in your massage practice and in this way adapt to your babyrsquosnbspnbspevolution over the first year of her/hisnbspnbsplife.
Please involve and share your experience with your Partner , whom I will be really happy to be part of the class.
Over weekly session, we will approach different subjects and massage techniques such as: setting up a massage routine at home, enhancing your precious bond, learning more about babyrsquosnbspdevelopment and strategies to help coping with ailments such as colic, teething and sleep issues.

Vanessa was brilliant and my massage was really beneficial, still in a lot of pain but I could move a lot easier afterwards. My condition means it’s a long road ahead for us but this is my 2nd visit now and have learnt so much about it already and keen to keep going.
