Bookings may be made by Village Baxter Residents only. No outside groups or non-residents may use this service. Any bookings that are not made by residents will be cancelled without notice. By using this online booking system you are agreeing to the terms and conditions for venue bookings available for download from the website. The booking Resident is personally responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times, any damage that occurs and the cleaning of the venue afterwards. The Resident who books an evening event is also personally responsible for locking and securing the building at the end of the event.
