I went into the Bristol boutique today and received a wonderful and friendly welcome. I learned so much about the history of the brand and what their future plans are. I came away with a beautiful watch. I felt fully looked after, valued and made very welcome. What a wonderful experience. I can highly recommend.

Very helpful, it is rare that you find a company that seems to care as much as they do about what they are making. In a world of the impersonal online experience, this meeting was different. I will be making the voyage to Bristol from Los Angles to see more. Beautiful, historic and timeless creations, maintaining their links to British history.
