The floatation tank was the most relaxing and calming thing I think I’ve ever done.
Zero gravity, so no pressure through any part of your body, you completely float. It’s warm, no sound and earplugs to prevent any noise at all and either soft lighting or complete darkness. Compared to the everyday stresses of life this is literally like being on another planet. Absolute heaven! Thank you @official.f.y.n for an amazing experience
