I will use a combination of intuition, tarot cards and oracle cards to perform your personalized reading. Virtual Yoga Class: My classes are Hatha Yoga based with a Vinyasa flow at a beginner/ intermediate level. I incorporate movement and breath in all of my sessions. By using breathing techniques, we can create balance through our lunar and solar energies. These are the energies we work with in Hatha yoga. The word “hatha” breaks down to “ha,” meaning sun, and “tha,” meaning moon. Our bodies have both a solar (masculine) side and a lunar (feminine) side. The right side is the masculine, and the left side is the feminine. From an energetic perspective, Hatha yoga teaches us to balance our lunar and solar energies for a more peaceful state of being. My classes are laid back and judgment free! Yoga practice is unique to each individual person, everyone's body is different, so everyone's practice is different. No one does the same yoga poses in the exact same way. So, it's always best to go at your own pace and practice what is comfortable for you! It is, after all, your practice, your time to relax, to enjoy, and to breathe! We will end our yoga session with a sound healing.
Virtual Sound Healing with Reiki & a Subtle Energy Reset: This session is 45 Minutes of Sound Healing with my crystal sound bowls and Distant Reiki energy being sent as well to provide a Subtle body Energy Reset. This reset helps to clear & balance your chakras and cleanse your aura from any negative, stagnant, stuck or stale energy. If things have felt off with yourself this is a good session to reset your overall energy . This session is held virtually with teleport.
In this session I will walk you through cleansing the energy within your home. I will go over different ways to do this and suggest different items that can be placed in different areas in your home to help the energy flow more freely while also supporting in cleansing it. I will also send healing reiki energy for a full cleansing session.
