MH Cricket Coaching
- Level 3 Coach - An ECB Level 3 coach and CoachED Level 4 Elite accredited coach who specialises working with performance level cricketers. In addition Matt is a specialist cricket coach at Epsom College and Director of Cricket for Surrey Championship Premier side Ashtead CC. Matt has vast experience in 121 coaching.

- Tom works with players of all abilities from development to performance level. The 1st XI captain of Surrey Premier team Ashtead CC so vast playing experience and recently completed the CoachED Level 4 Elite accreditation.
Tom Deighton
- Level 3 Coach - Damian is the current Director of Cricket at Epsom College and very experienced Level 3 coach working with players at all levels from elite to early development. He has completed the CoachEd Elite Level 4 program.
Damian Shirazi
- Tom is an ECB Level 3 qualification and specialises in spin bowling sessions sessions - intermediate to performance level cricketers. Coaches for In-Touch, Ashtead CC at Performance Level.
Tom Homes
- Gary is a great addition to the coaching team with vast experience as a Level 3 coach working in a school environment. A former 1st class cricketer with both Surrey and Glamorgan he is the current 1st XI coach at Reigate Priory CC and part of the Surrey CCC u13 performance winter program. Gary will primarily work with players at A team school level to performance level (please contact Matt Homes 07984 830412 to assess level)
Gary Butcher
- Henry has a fresh and dynamic outlook on the game and has a wealth of experience on his side having been coaching for 6 years as an ECB Level 2 coach and just completed the Level 3 program. Henry has spent his early days as a coach working alongside senior coaches and is currently the Head Coach and 1st XI Captain of Maori Oxshott Cricket Club. Henry is a First-Class graduate from the University of Manchester. He currently leads sessions in our group programs and is a graduate of the Academy when it first started in 2008.
Henry Thorpe
- Mark is a professional cricketer who plays for Middlesex CCC and made his international debut for England in August 2017 against Australia in an Ashes series. An opening left handed batter Mark has vast knowledge and experience of the game. He is an ECB Level 3 qualified coach.
Mark Stoneman
- Sam has recently joined the team and is a young coach looking to progress a career in coaching full time. He plays for Ashtead CC where he pushed his way into the 1st XI in 2022 as a left arm seam bowler. He is ideal for someone looking to develop their game especially at the younger age ranges.
Sam Hunt
- Josh is a talented wicketkeeper batter contracted at Surrey CCC and plays his club cricket with Sutton CC in the Surrey Championship. Prior to signing his first professional contract, Josh was a coach for the Surrey Cricket Foundation and the Chance to Shine charity. With coaching and playing experience Josh is a great addition to the team offering his expertise in keeping and batting.

- Harshil is an ECB Level 2 coach with vast playing and coaching experience. A fast bowler with Weybridge CC in the Surrey Championship, he is also their lead Coach for the U9’s-15’s and U18’s performance squad. Currently he is the Assistant Director of Sport at The Laurels & Oakwood School. Harshil coaches all levels and additionally more specialist coaching with fast bowlers.
Harshil Patel
- Arif Rashid has been a coach for over 20 years with extensive experience. Currently working as at Ashtead CC, St. George’s Hospital University Medical School and In Touch Cricket. Arif played to a high standard captaining Ealing to the Middlesex Premier League title and Evening Standard Trophy Final in 2005. He has a great passion and enthusiasm to improve all players he works with.
