The Consulate staff called me ahead of my appointment to ensure I had all the necessary paperwork for my name change. Upon arrival there was no wait time and the staff member was very welcoming and thorough.

The staff at the Vancouver office are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely supportive. While you may face issues adhering to or unstanding the regulations of the Aust Gov, the staff do everything they can to work with you and help you meet the requirements so that you can get what you need.
