    I went to see Ross with pain in my legs and when I left I already felt better. He knew exactly what he was doing, was full of knowledge and went the extra mile to help me out. I've been to a few physios in my time but Ross is definitely the most invested. I couldn't recommend enough.

    I first visited for a treatment on my back and the sports massage was second to none. Not only was my knot sorted but also my other strains that I didn’t realise were present. Through chatting, I discovered that PT sessions were also offered and so I bought a 10 session block…Wow!! Ross knows his stuff and now at session 8, I’m lifting much heavier, recovering much quicker and genuinely look forward to each beasting! Ross always makes me feel comfortable and his banter is a brucey bonus in the sessions. Looking forward to booking my next 10 block and seeing what 2025 brings 💪🏻 having had previous sports massages & PT’s I can confirm hands down that THIS is the place to go, get it booked, you won’t regret it.
