Reiki
Reiki & Sound Healing will be approx. 80 minutes in-person. The session will start with setting the intentions for the session. You will lay fully clothed on a massage table, covered in a blanket (if you choose), and listen to relaxing music. I will start with a sound bath and then lay my hands gently on your body in a series of hand positions from head to toe to deliver Reiki energy. There will be a 15 min follow up which will include intuitive healing messages and oracle cards.
Distant Reiki is just as powerful as in-person Reiki session as energy is not limited by distance. Reiki energy connects on our spiritual and energetic level. Distance is only a physical limitation, so sessions can be done without clients being physically present.

These ceremonies are often performed to connect with the divine, honor ancestors, mark important life transitions, or seek healing and guidance. Options to add-on are as follows: Cord Cutting, Fire Release, Crystal, Cacao, Moon, Water, and Drumming Ceremonies.
Chakra Balancing
Chakra Balancing will be 60 minutes in-person or via Zoom. Chakras are energy systems throughout your body that control physical, psychological, and spiritual functions. Chakra balancing is a form of energy healing that focuses on channeling energy into the seven chakras. When we talk about treating chakras, we are referring to treating your energetic body. You will lay fully clothed on a massage table, covered in a blanket (if you choose), and listen to relaxing music. I will start with a sound bath and then lay my hands gently on your body starting at the feet and moving up the body at every joint. Hands are held approximately 5 minutes at a time, working to balance the energy movement between those joints and within the body’s energy system.

Sound Healing
Sound Healing Gong bath sessions will take place either individually or in a group and will generally last for 60 minutes. During a Sound Healing Gong bath, participants will lie down and get comfortable with blankets and pillows. I will use a combination of Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Rain Stick, Ocean Drum, Tingsha Bells, and Chiron Gong all customized to your needs. Sound Healing Gong baths are a type of inactive meditation, where you “bathe” in the healing vibrations of sound and are designed to offer relaxation, emotional release, & spiritual healing. Sound Healing baths will allow your brain to relax into an alpha-dominant or theta-dominant brainwave state, which will allow you to process thoughts and emotions leaving you feeling calmer, happier, and less anxious after a session.

Meditation
Guided Meditation will be 60 minutes in-person or via Zoom. Meditation is a personal journey! Depending on your comfort level and particular need at that time, I will customize the meditation to address your individual need. A typical meditation session will include guidance, deep breathing, and awareness of the body and soul. Some meditations may feature guidance with just a few silent pauses, while others will feature gentle rain or ocean waves in the background. If I feel guided to it, I will guide you through the seven chakras, or energy centers in your body. We will end the meditation with only relaxing music, and you will have the option of drifting off to sleep, continuing in this deeply relaxed state, or resuming your day.
