I was founded by Paola M. Morales Carvajal, a visionary biomedical engineer from Puerto Rico. With her extensive research experience at institutions like MIT, NIH, The US Congress, KAUST and Columbia University, Paola turned her grief into a driving force to revolutionize heart care. Her passion for innovation and dedication to saving lives inspired the creation of NovaHeart, combining cutting-edge technology with a heartfelt mission.
