Unlimited aftercare support is free to all HQ clients so if your piercing isn't healing as expected or becomes problematic please come and see us.

If you're not a Piercing HQ client we are still able to help you for a $20.00 fee.

Many healing issues stem from poor quality or ill fitting jewellery so if a new jewellery change is needed - and purchased - the consultation fee won't be charged.
