Gua sha is a traditional Chinese method using jade, clear quartz & rose quartz crystals. This massage creates heat, rejuvenating, lifting and plumping the skin. An introduction to the History of Reiki, understanding chakras, the principles of Reiki, how to bring the energy through, meditation/visualisation, how to heal yourself & to give others treatment.
Reiki 2 introduces 3 of the symbols used in Reiki. These increase the power & efficiency of the energy coming through. Reiki grids & Reiki triangles are also introduced. With Reiki 2 Attunements you may get insurance & treat others on a professional level.
Reiki is always a learning process and Reiki shares are always a great way to continue our learning and growth. Sharing reiki, asking questions, a short meditation and of course, having a laugh!
