This is a manicure or pedicure with the extra luxury of having your feet or hands in the hot mitts or booties with some cardamom moisturiser to soak right into the skin creating softer skin followed by a massage

The therapist will be using the renown Paraffin wax bath to place strips of muslin with the healing wax around arthritic joints like ,hands ,knees and elbows or just those joints that need some Tlc. Just had a wonderful ‘Best of Both’ with Lisa. During the massage, Lisa identified and worked on key areas that had been troubling me and the facial left my skin radiant. Highly enjoyable experience and will definitely return soon. I’ll take advantage of the add on day membership too which allows use of the pool, sauna and steam room for only £10.00 extra.

I had my first hot stone massage with Lisa. I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was amazing! Mg shoulder and back stiffness has been relieved and she was able to tell me about the cause of my back issues. The session was very personalised and Lisa is very knowledgeable and professional. Have already booked my next session!
