I brought my 9 year old daughter to cloud eighteen to get her ears pierced for the first time. She was incredibly nervous but Tanya was so welcoming and friendly and she immediately put my daughter at ease. The experience was such a special one and a super positive one thanks to Tanya - my daughter even cried happy tears at the relief that it wasn’t as bad as she’d been expecting it to be!

Cloud Eighteen never misses, all their pieces are stunning and our experience getting permanent/welded bracelets was so good! It was exciting and fun, Tanya made sure of it. My mum and I got matching ones which we adore, they’re beautiful and great quality. We went back to get new charms and will be going back for more charms in the future! Would 110% recommend.

Myself and my bestie had the best afternoon getting a Welded bracelet today. There was such an array of chains to choose from and also charms. Tanya was so lovely! Was so tempted to get an ear piecing as well but will go back for that. Would 100% recommend.
