Had a sports massage and really enjoyed it, struggled with tight calf’s and he’s really done the trick, feel like a new woman. Scott is a very pleasant young man who makes you feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

One of my fortnightly visits to Scott today and he addressed my ITB issue (‘runners knee’) which I’ve picked up during marathon training. Scott’s diagnosis , treatment and post treatment advice was, as always, first class - wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Excellent. Concentrated solely on my legs due to being a runner. Just the right level of pressure/discomfort that I would expect from a proper sports massage
