We got my daughter assessed and it was a very good experience. The assessor was polite and worked to put her at ease. He answer all of our questions and let us know what steps to take going forward.

Had an assessment today for my 8 year old daughter with Ian. He took his time to explain what the session would be about to both myself and my daughter. He used a level of language that we both could understand. The session was based around my daughter and there was no sense of us being rushed. Ian was great at picking up on cues and bringing her back on track when she started getting distracted. We left feeling it was a great session and we're given the outcome of the assessment verbally with explanations to what it all meant. Ian also provided some guidance on how we could support my daughter at home and also at school. Very pleased we attended today.
