Full body workout in a circuit style training, completed with stretching
This class is dedicated to mommas to be in their second and third trimester. In a peaceful environment the focus of this class will be on safe prenatal core exercises, strengthening of the lower body and pelvic floor, postural alignment, breathing to release the mind & relax the body, and supportive stretches using yoga props.
