SKITOUR - First approach

Can you ski or snowboard on easy groomed slopes?
Learn the basics of Ski touring: Safety equipment, Gears, using Climbing skins for ascending and off piste skiing technique and tips.
The Meeting point will be directly at the Rental shop where we’ll get all we need for the day. We’ll have the chance to have a talk about Safety equipment and gears.
We’ll then head to the pists asap to go up to our first slope. We’ll learn some basics on ascending using Climbing skins and Avalanches Safety Technique. At the end of the day I am pretty sure you gonna love ski touring and we will go back to the village for a drink and group debriefing.
Descends could be off piste or on groomed piste depending on participants level.
You don't need to be a good Skier/Boarder, really! It's enough to be able to come down somehow and ready to push a bit yourself!

Our goal is to enjoy a day out in the mountain, learn the basics of ski touring and get to know your new passion!

COST

€125 per person. It includes:
--> Mountain Guide cost
--> Rental of touring ski, touring boots, touring poles, skins, backpack with avalanches safety equipment ( transceiver, probe and shovel )

I’ve grown up in this tiny paradise in the Central Alps, Livigno. Being my hometown, I know very well all the most amazing and hidden spots here and in the surrounding area, including the neighboring Switzerland. I have developed my Mountain guiding skills across the Alps and the Dolomites. I am very empathetic, positive, easy going and energetic. I love to be with people from all over the world and to share my big outdoor passions.
