Matt was as always very professional doing my nose piercing. I wouldn't feel comfortable going anywhere else for a piercing as matt has done all my piercings & he's got a way to make you feel very relaxed before,during & after.

Matt was great - got my tricky stud out (after a bump went bad), got a new longer one in, talked me through the whole process, and just kept me calm as I was fully expecting to have to let the piercing go. Thank you so much Matt 😊

Matt is so professional.. and just a down to earth guy... always calming and always has the time to talk or reassure you about the piercings. My daughter who is Austistic and has anxiety always feels calm and Matt even gets a smile from her.. wouldn't go anywhere else now for piercings.

This is my second piercing with Matt, I was quite anxious before, but he is honestly the nicest person, and put my mind at ease straight away, he is really good at what he does and very professional he made me feel so comfortable, he is amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now 🤩

Matt is amazing! I wouldn’t go anywhere else now I’ve found him. My daughter’s ears were done elsewhere and were uneven. The advice from the original piercer and a second opinion was to go back 24 hours later to have it redone. Something didn’t sit right with me and a friend of mine recommended Matt. Matt didn’t agree with the advice I was given by two separate piercers which assured me that my gut feeling was right. Thankfully Matt agreed to take the uneven earring out to heal fully and invited us back in to correct it.
The re-piercing was done today and he is so meticulous and thorough, hygiene is his priority. He is so knowledgeable about the jewellery as well as piercing itself. His consultation is second to non which put me and my daughter at total ease, keeping us both informed throughout. She is so pleased, as am I. I’m now planning my next piercings.
