I have just had a Myofascial release massage with Joanna to ease the swelling in my wrist after a fracture . I was also suffering with pain and stiffness in my shoulder . Joanna is so understanding, knowledgable and intuitive - she found other areas which needed treating and has given me advice on how to manage my symptoms.
I live over an hour away but the long journey is worth it as Joanna is such a skilled and kind therapist . After my session with Joanna my whole body feels so much better so I’m looking forward to my next appointment in a couple of weeks. Many thanks.
