This was my first visit after recently being diagnosed with lymphodema. Charmaine was knowledgeable, kind and provided me with information that I did not have. She explained what she was going to do, what she would include in her follow-up report and ensured that I was supported. She understood it was a lot to digest so detailed the one thing I needed to focus on to ensure I did not feel overwhelmed. I would definately recommend and I look forward to future treatments!

I have been benefiting from Charmaine's wonderful lymphatic drainage work on me for several years now and it's become part of my conservative management of lipolymphadema. She's full of other great ideas for managing this difficult disease from breathing works, exercise, and dietary control etc. Charmaine is always positive and encouraging and praises whatever you manage to do yourself!
