Complex (more then 1) health issues,
Repeated health events, Chronic/ Long standing conditions and/or Problems since birth.

(i.e. Skin Issues, Allergies, Behavioural problems, etc.)

A brief indication of reason for consult at time of your booking is appreciated.

PLEASE NOTE

Can be via Video Chat/ ZOOM or in person ( home visit by prior arrangement), please indicate your preference in your booking notes.

Remedies are not included in this fee.

It will be important and preferred for me to be able to see your animal, even if for a short time.

In preparation for the consultation; any photos or video illustration of the issue at hand (in particular skin or visual complaints that are hard to see on screen) that may be helpful to me in understanding the problem will be greatly appreciated.
