- James is the glue that holds the team together, He is the captain of the ship, and a real renaissance man in the jewelry industry….he is also great at referring to himself in the third person as he writes his own bio. James apprenticed under his grandfather starting at 13 years old learning how to hand fabricate and repair jewelry in the traditional (old school) methods. Most recently, over the last 10 years, James has mastered the industry’s most sophisticated CAD software, 3D printing technology, and in house casting to bring complete control over the manufacturing process to Jaymark. James has a degree in Geology from Hunter College, as well as his A.J.P. and is a Graduate Gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America (G.I.A). When James isn’t at work…is the opening line to a great joke. James is always at work.

- Marissa Gordon: Sales Professional, Teacher's pet, Diamond Expert. Marissa has been the Hudson Valleys' best-kept sales secret and the newest addition to the Jaymark Family. She has worked in jewelry sales, even managing jewelry stores for the last 23 years on both sides of the Hudson River. She has more Jewelry experience and knowledge than the average jewelry store owner. When Marissa is not at work you will find her glued to HGTV, or pining over 1990’s Johnny Depp. She has a certificate in Diamontology and Gemology from the Diamond Council of America.

- Jim is the owner and 3rd generation jeweler and Graduate Gemologist at Jaymark Jewelers. He is also the Accountant, Gopher, Janitor, Grounds crew, Firefighter, and Snow Removal as the need arises. Over the last 40 Jim has used his expertise in diamonds, gemstones and jewelry manufacturing to make Jaymark the Hudson Valley's premier custom jeweler.

Everyone at Jaymark is a pleasure to deal with. I needed my wedding rings resized and was relieved that they do all repairs on-site. They did an amazing job, I can barely notice that anything was done to my rings. And the online booking assistant made everything so easy. Thank you Jaymark!!
