The full experience was fantastic. I contacted Paddy because of a bad back mainly caused by being desk/office based. Paddy made some suggestions to improve my work area, some exercises to do to help with mobility, and also physically working on the problem area. From struggling to put a pair of socks on to feeling absolutely no pain after just 3 sessions is amazing.
