I have suffered from plantar fasciitis and often struggled to walk long distances without experiencing considerable pain. It has also affected the type of footwear I can wear.

I have tried various treatments in the past, which have worked in the short time, but it wasn’t until I heard a glowing review from someone else who had seen Matt Long that I realised he might be able to help.

From the moment I arrived at Matt's therapy room, he made me feel completely at ease, clearly explaining what he was going to do. He used a combination of soft tissue massage and kinesiology taping to address the issue and relieve the pain. Matt also demonstrated stretching techniques for me to continue at home.

After just one treatment, I noticed a significant improvement and was able to walk without pain. Being able to get outside and walk is something I enjoy immensely, and it is essential for my mental well-being.
