Reviews

A smooth and pleasant experience renewing my passport. From the concierge on the ground floor to Michael at the Embassy security desk and the officer processing my appication - everyone was a pleasure to deal with.

Overall, a very efficient and easy process - thank you!
Two differences I noted between information given online and what is required in the interview: online it is written that a foreign birth certificate is not necessary if the place of birth is written on the Australian Citizenship Certificate, however in the interview my birth cert was indeed needed.
Likewise, I understood from reading ‘proof of identity’ online that I didn’t require proof of address from the last 6 months (Category C), as I could fulfil Combination 1, with info from Category A & B. However, in the interview it was necessary I provide proof of address dated in the last 6 months.
Apart from these two discrepancies, it was an efficient and friendly service, thank you!
