As part of the ¢lean $imple Tax package you selected, we'll prepare and file all required tax forms for your personal filing status.

If you are choosing the Married-Filing-Separate (MFS) tax preparation package, then provide your spouse's name when you schedule your appointment.

IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED: For verification and/or electronic filing purposes, you must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and social security card for yourself, and social security card for your spouse if you are married. You must also provide a valid social security card for each dependent you claim on your tax return.

TAX PREPARATION FEE: Your tax preparation fee is due at the time your tax return is prepared. We accept cash and checks (for in-person appointments only), online payments via our payment portal, and payments via bank products offered by our office (subject to approval).

CONSULTATION FEE: A consultation fee will be charged for providing data entry and related consultation services if you decide not to file your tax return(s) with our office. The fee must be paid using the methods described above at the time your source documents are returned to you.
