Purchased a Pikes from Passion, and was served by Gail. She was very attentive and gives me prompt updates regarding the shipment. After collecting the pikes, she went for the extra miles to guide me on how to check the bike and also helped applied WD40 citing that the new parts need to be lubricated to be folded and unfold easily. kudo to Gail. You have been a great help throughout the pre-sales and overall sales experience. Thanks!

I had recently purchased a HITO X6 from them after going around different places to try different foldable bikes. The customer service given by Gail (Gayle?) was one of the main reason of me deciding to buy from them. She was patient and gave us all the info we need without making us feel stupid for being cycling noobs (unlike some places). I like that they also have units we can try to really experience the difference between the models. Purchasing the bike was straightforward and they gave us lots of good freebies. The bike was awesome and if I ever wanna buy a second one, I will definitely consider buying from them again!
