I share an understanding of the four seasons of your inner cycle and how we can tap into their strengths to build the flow of ease in your inner cycle. You will leave with a plan tools to build into your life to support you for your cycles ahead.

Connect to your Inner Cycle :: Follow-up Session

This is the session to book for your follow-up sessions. We do need to have connected in a First Session before you book here. In these session we will be re-connecting around how you have experienced your cycle since we last spoke and checking in with your plan and the cycle tools you have used. We will also look at your charting and journalling to gain more understanding of what your Unique Rhythm is which will then inform you in the cycles ahead.

Untame your Unique Rhythm through Cycle Charting over 3 cycles

Your Unique Rhythm is the way that only you experience your cycle.
To find your Unique Rhythm we will meet over 3 cycles.
Our first meeting will introduce you to how to chart your cycle and an understanding of the four inner seasons of your cycle.
During our following sessions, we will look at the cycle chart from the cycle before and over the 3 cycles build a clear picture of what your Unique Rhythm is.
What the power phases of your cycle are.
When your retreat begins and when you need to move slower.
Where the parts of your cycle are that may need a bit of focus.
On our last session I will show you how to bring your Unique Rhythm into your every day life using the Untamed Me Cycle Planner.
You will leave our sessions with a clear understanding of how your energy flows through your inner cycle and how to bring that awareness into your busy life so you can live a life more aligned with your energy flow.
Maybe you have part of your cycle that is particularly hard and you want to focus on change over 3 consecutive cycles.
Or maybe you are ready to build this deep connection to your body and want to go all in.
