It helps release stress & muscle knots. Clients undress according to their comfort level & therapist will move the sheet to uncover areas actively being worked on.2.Deep Tissue Massage: Massage with deeper pressure than a Swedish massage. It’s a good option if client has chronic muscle problems, such as soreness, injury, or imbalance. Helps relieve tight muscles, chronic muscle pain, and anxiety. During a deep tissue massage, the therapist will use slow strokes and deep pressure to relieve tension from the deepest layers of muscles & connective tissues. Clients undress according to their comfort level; client is covered while lying on the massage table. 3.Pre & postnatal massage: A safe technique for women seeking massage during/after pregnancy.
