Ski Boot Liner Fitting Includes
Assessment and Evaluation:
-Technical analysis of your foot shape, size & volume
-Footbed Assessment
Selection of Custom Liners:
-Based on the assessment, the technician will select appropriate custom liners that best suit the skier's feet and skiing style.
-Custom liners can vary in materials (such as foam or heat-moldable plastics), thickness, and stiffness to accommodate different levels of performance and comfort needs.
Molding Process:
-Heat Molding: The selected liners are heat-molded to the skier's feet. This process involves heating the liners in a specialized oven or with a heat gun to make them pliable.
-Once heated, the skier wears the boots with the liners inside, allowing the liners to conform to the unique shape of their feet.

STANCE AND BALANCE SERVICES
Cost $160 plus additional Labour
Canting a ski boot refers to the process of adjusting the angle of the boot sole in relation to the ski. This adjustment is necessary to align the skier's legs, particularly the lower legs (tibia), with the ski and the direction of travel, thereby improving balance, performance, and comfort.
Methods of Canting:
-Cantology or Brand Specific Shimming: Adding small wedges or shims under the boot sole to tilt it inward or outward.
-Planing: Sometimes, the boot sole may be ground down slightly to adjust the angle.
-Custom Inserts: In some cases, custom-made inserts or footbeds may be used to correct alignment issues from the ground up, affecting both boots equally.
Ski Boot Canting Services include
Initial Assessment:
-Evaluation of the skier’s natural stance and leg alignment, using specialized alignment tools.
-Gait Analysis by observing the skier’s walking and skiing stance to identify any alignment issues.
Cuff Alignment Adjustment:
-Creating custom footbed and insoles to support the foot’s natural alignment within the boot.
-Making Lateral Adjustments by adjusting the angle of the ski boot cuff to tilt inward or outward, aligning with the skier’s leg angle.
Customization:
-Making necessary Shell Modifications by Grinding or shimming the boot soles to achieve the desired cant angle.
-Liner Adjustments can be made by Modifying or replacing the boot liner for better fit and alignment.
Finalizing Fit
-Routing and returning boot toe and heels to correct din length.
-Making small tweaks as needed to maintain optimal alignment and performance based on skier feedback and performance

Great prices. Great staff. Such a good experience with finding the right equipment and also getting our skis tuned up. They’re always so prompt and helpful. Liz and Zach are especially terrific!

My bf and I went to this location to get sized for snowboard boots as beginners. We had help from Damien, who took over an hour helping us find the perfect fit boots while explaining each boot individually and how it should feel. We weren’t planning on buying anything but his expertise and knowledge helped us feel confident enough to buy a pair of boots each. He also helped us with snowboards, giving us some recommendations, so we will definitely be coming back to this location in the future! Would definitely recommend for others to come for sizing, especially as beginners
