Absolutely brilliant

Recovering from ACL surgery just before Christmas ! First time running yesterday with a lot of swelling after ! Booked in with Richie and the team for the full recovery session - it was amazing how much the swelling reduced on my knee after ! Great service and very worth while ! Definitely recommend!

My mother and I absolutely loved the recovery room! Jade was so lovely and talked us through the cryotherapy! Very friendly, patient and helpful staff. Feel amazing after it!

Been to a few recovery rooms but have to say none beat the facilities in roscommon.

It was my first time experiencing a recovery room and I would highly recommend. At the beginning I thought these rooms were for athletes but Richie reassured me that it is for the mind , not just the body. This experience has something for everybody. With Richie’s support I braved the ice bath , the whole experience was great for my mind and mental health. Can’t recommend it enough, had my second visit to the recovery room today⭐️
