Here's some extra information to help explain some comfort details, as well as a bit more insight into the journey we will be sharing on September 27th.

The 9D Breathwork sessions are facilitated by: Lana Grant & Sherry Donovan

Lana is the only certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator in Nova Scotia and one of only 2 in Atlantic Canada. Lana is joined at these events by her gifted sister, Sherry - who she trained as a 9D support co-facilitator.

Lana and Sherry unite to additionally offer their Hands on Healing/Energy Work, as well as their Psychic/Intuitive Gifts as part of the experience - which really makes this healing journey epic and unique!

Breathwork is referred to as 'Breath Medicine', as most come out deeply healed/changed. This activated breathing technique is able to disrupt & release Cellular and Subconscious imprints and traumas, which are buried deep and often keep you from living your best life!

For your comfort plan to bring:
- Yoga Mat (or comfort cushion or anti-gravity chair)

Introductory Rate: $60 plus HST (=$69) with the added value of the hands on healing and concluding the evening with group guided messages.

You don't have to specifically identify the issues or scenes related to the trapped emotions and traumas being released to obtain the benefits.
