I came here to have the chain on my necklace fixed. I did not purchase the necklace here but they were kind enough to repair it. It was a very warm, inviting ambience. While I was looking around, I saw some very nice and unique pieces of jewelry. I really liked this establishment's customer service and I hope to take one of their jewelry making classes in the future.

My husband worked with the Fitzgerald team to design my engagement ring & wedding band. He enjoyed the design process and they did a stellar job. The Pinterest board I provided as inspiration was bonkers and had no real theme to it. Somehow, they came up with this beauty that was beyond my (all over the place) expectations.

Not only was my husband’s experience getting the rings made great, but the customer service I’ve experienced with the Fitzgerald team after the fact has been phenomenal. I’ve had my ring polished a few times, and got a minor repair done quickly when I was in town for a short window of time. Shout out to Emily, their repair tech and (I think?!) Jake for going above and beyond.
