Hello, I'm Alix, a dedicated physiotherapist with seven years of experience in private musculoskeletal practice. I graduated from Salford Royal University with first-class honours in Physiotherapy, and since then, I've been passionately helping people improve their health and well-being.

After working and leading in clinics across Manchester, I decided to establish my own practice, Physio Goals, in 2019. At Physio Goals, I offer a range of therapeutic interventions, including joint manipulation and mobilisation, acupuncture, soft tissue massage, sports taping, ultrasound, and tailored rehabilitation exercise programmes.
