COVID -19 Moving forward, appointments are going to be limited. By booking with me you are agreeing to 1. Temperature checks upon arrival(temps over 38.0 will be rescheduled) 2. Wear a proper fitting mask for the duration of your appointment(covering nose and chin). 3. Sanitizing / washing hands upon arrival. 4. If you are sick or think you might be sick, please rschedule and stay home. BOOKING When booking your appointment please double check your name, number and email address. Address will be sent via text (within 24 hrs) only after deposit is paid. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS After booking your appointment the deposit should be sent via e-transfer to deposit@styledbyzee.com. Deposits are required for all services and should be sent within 4 hours of booking, after which appointment will be cancelled. For off schedule appointments, deposits must be sent within 1 hour of booking. Deposits are not an additional charge; it will be deducted from total cost. Please be sure to leave your appointment date and time in the interac comment section. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. The balance of your appointment can be paid via e transfer LATE If you are running late please inform me within the first 15 mins. A late fee of $15 will be added to any appointment over 15 mins late. After 30 mins late your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. CANCELLATION You are welcomed to cancel your appointment at any time however, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE (unless I cancelled). Rescheduling must be done no later than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit. RESCHEDULING You may reschedule within 2 weeks of the original appointment date to avoid losing your deposit. After 2 weeks the deposit is forfeited. You are permitted 1 reschedule per deposit. To reschedule or cancel your appointment links are provided in your confirmation email. SAME DAY RESCHEDULING COUNTS AS A CANCELLATION AND THEREFORE DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED. LAST MINUTE/OFF SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS There will be an extra charge of $20-$60 for any appointments booked through text or off schedule. No exceptions ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT Hair must be clean (freshly shampooed) or I will cancel and forfeit the deposit. I work from home and do not have the facilities to do so. Your hair should be untangled and placed in big braids or twists. If you want your hair stretched / blown out before styling, do not apply any heavy oils or conditioner to your hair prior. NO EXTRA GUESTS Please, please, please do not bring any extra people to your appointment, they will be turned away (exceptions for minors of course). I hope to see you soon!
