    It's awesome to see the transformation in my body! Clarence as designed a routine for me that is sculpting my body. My body is stronger and getting more balanced as I continue with the workouts. I enjoy Clarence as my trainer and look forward to working out. My workouts are challenging but rewarding. It so rewarding to feel and see progression in the making. I have a long ways to go but the changes are noticeable. Along with the workouts, I have been eating much better for the last 6 weeks. The combination of the workouts and a better eating plan are creating fantastic results. Since June 1, 2022 to Septemer 15, 2022, I have dropped two dress sizes!

    This weight loss journey has been up and down for me, I've wanted to give up a few times now and almost did, but Clarence has been the most supportive coach. He's given me reading content regarding my struggles, he's provided wisdom on the right type of foods to eat, on why weight fluctuates and he's given me grace when my weigh ins are not the greatest. He encourages me to keep pushing forward. Clarence is the best!!!

    I've enjoyed all my sessions since I've been working out. walking up and down stairs better. I'm looking forward to see other improvements .

    Had a great workout tonight starting a new regiment. Very challenging to the point where you want to just give up and throw in the towel. But you have to push through and you will feel like you conquered something at the end

    I'm on my 4th session with PT Clarence and progression is being made even in just these few sessions! Muscles are engaging and pain is lessening in my knees! Clarence does not baby me but gives me what I can handle which is usually more than I think. I'm grateful!
    I enjoy attending my workouts and plan to be committed during the process of strengthening my body. I'm 58 years young taking baby steps towards better health. I look forward to seeing the positive changes happening with my body. It's been a blessing working with Clarence!

    Good workout tonight, it was hard but worth it, no matter how much I complain through it all he never gives up on me, thanks for being such a good trainer
